John McPherson is a partner at Arnold Dallas McPherson and has been practicing law since 1992. He has extensive experience in WorkCover, TAC, Medical Negligence and other injury claims and is an Accredited Specialist in Personal Injury Law.

John was an elected Law Institute of Victoria (‘LIV’) Councillor for five years and has sat on various LIV Committees over the years. He is presently a member of the Specialisation Board of the LIV, overseeing accredited Specialisation across all relevant legal practice areas.

John is, and has been for decades, a Victorian State committee member of the Australian Lawyers Alliance.

He has been involved in many community and not-for-profit organisations, including the Bendigo Centre Against Sexual Assault, Bendigo Law Association and Bendigo Access Employment, among others.

He was the former long-time Chair of the Board of Management of ARC, the body which runs the Loddon-Campaspe Community Legal Centre.
