Sarah Swayn

Sarah joined Arnold Dallas McPherson in 2021 after graduating with a Bachelor of Laws from La Trobe University. She provides valuable support to clients across a range of matters, including WorkCover, TAC, Public Liability, and TPD claims. Having grown up in Horsham and completed her studies in Bendigo, she is deeply committed to advocating for individuals in rural and regional Victoria.

Admitted to practice in August 2022, Sarah is a member of the Australian Lawyers Alliance, the Law Institute of Victoria, and the Bendigo Law Association. Before joining Arnold Dallas McPherson, she spent six years at a commercial law firm, where she gained extensive experience in property transactions, wills, and contested estate matters.

Sarah is a compassionate and approachable professional with a strong dedication to supporting others. Her experience working with vulnerable clients has given her a deep understanding of the importance of empathy, active listening, and creating a safe space for those in need.

Outside of work, Sarah volunteers as a Firefighter responding to an average of 150 emergency callouts every year. She is committed to serving her community, demonstrating resilience, teamwork, and a steadfast presence in challenging situations. Known for her warm and understanding nature, Sarah builds meaningful connections with people from all walks of life, making them feel valued and supported.

Sarah is based in Bendigo, and assists clients in our regional offices across Victoria.
