Melissa joined Arnold Dallas McPherson in 2019, driven by a passion for helping injured individuals navigate their legal rights and rebuild their lives. With extensive experience in Personal Injury Law, Melissa specializes in areas such as WorkCover, TAC, and Public Liability matters. She is deeply committed to providing empathetic, client-focused support throughout the legal process, ensuring her clients are fully informed about their rights and entitlements.

Before joining Arnold Dallas McPherson, Melissa ran a successful personal injury practice in the Cranbourne and Dandenong regions, gaining valuable insights into the unique needs of her clients. She is an active member of the Australian Lawyers Alliance and the Law Institute of Victoria.

Known for her strong active listening skills, Melissa is dedicated to achieving the best possible outcomes for her clients. She builds meaningful, trusting relationships by truly understanding their concerns and guiding them through the complexities of personal injury law.

Before embarking on her legal career, Melissa completed a Bachelor of Arts / Laws with Honours at Monash University in 2012.  Outside of her legal practice, she enjoys staying active, traveling, and spending time with her friends and family, including her three young children.

Based in the Melbourne office, Melissa assists clients across the greater Melbourne area, from the inner city to the outer suburbs.
