Lachlan joined Arnold Dallas McPherson in 2004 as an Articled Clerk and became a Partner of the firm in 2019. He has significant expertise in all facets of Personal Injury Law and is an Accredited Specialist in Personal Injury Law.

Lachlan lives in Bendigo with his wife and two boys having moved back there in 2004 after completing his law degree at Monash University.

He is a long standing member of the Australian Lawyers Alliance.

Lachlan is currently the Chair of the Law Institute of Victoria Personal Injuries Accredited Specialisation Committee, which sets the exam that is sat by prospective new Personal Injury Accredited Specialists.

Lachlan is also a Trustee of Law Aid, a not for profit trust set up by the Victorian Parliament, Law Institute of Victoria and the Victorian Bar to provide legal funding to investigate potential claims for those that cannot afford the upfront costs of doing so.

In addition to his legal qualifications, Lachlan also has a science degree, majoring in physiology, with a particular interest in neuroscience.

He has, in the past, been the Suburban and Regional Young Lawyers representative for the Bendigo region, and also has been involved in the Bendigo Law Association Committee.

Lachlan is based in Bendigo, but often attends Melbourne, Echuca and Shepparton to assist clients.
