About Shaun M.

Shaun Marcus joined Arnold Dallas McPherson in 2016 and became a Partner of the firm in 2019. He is an expert Personal Injury Lawyer from our Melbourne office with over 15 years of experience.

Shaun was the National President of the Australian Lawyers Alliance. In addition, he is also a member of the Law Institute of Victoria Personal Injury Law Accreditation Committee.

Shaun has contributed substantially to Personal Injury Law Reform in Victoria and was previously the WorkCover representative of the Australian Lawyers Alliance.
 
Shaun also previously sat on the WorkCover Advisory Committee, which assists in advising government about workers compensation laws in Victoria.
