Kelsey is a dedicated legal professional who has been with Arnold Dallas McPherson since 2018, where she is deeply committed to advocating for individuals facing a variety of challenges. Kelsey works on cases related to WorkCover, TAC claims, Medical Negligence, Crimes Compensation (including Sentencing Act applications and Common Law damages claims).

Her passion for helping people with their legal issues drives her to provide compassionate and effective legal support. Kelsey has developed strong expertise in her areas of practice and values the opportunity to make a positive difference in her clients’ lives. She remains dedicated to helping her clients navigate complex legal issues and achieve the best possible outcomes.

Kelsey’s academic background includes a double degree in Law and Science, majoring in Microbiology, from La Trobe University. She was admitted to the legal profession in 2018 and has since built a strong reputation for her commitment to excellence in the legal field.

Beyond her professional work, Kelsey is an active member of the Bendigo Law Association Committee, the Australian Lawyers Alliance, and the Law Institute of Victoria. She also enjoys spending her leisure time on the netball court, where she values teamwork and strategy.

Kelsey is based in Bendigo, where she primarily serves clients, but also provides legal services across our regional offices in Echuca, Maryborough and Shepparton.
