Driving Safer Conversations- Our Collaboration with Amber Community on Road Safety and Legal Awareness

At Arnold Dallas McPherson Injury Lawyers, we believe road safety is more than just compliance with the law — it is about protecting lives, supporting communities, and helping people navigate the devastating consequences that can follow a serious road incident.

That is why we are proud to continue our partnership with Amber Community, a Victorian not-for-profit organisation dedicated to road incident support, education, and improving road user safety and wellbeing.

Amber Community provides support and counselling and education programs to people affected by road trauma — including injured road users, bereaved families, witnesses, and emergency service personnel.

Introducing the Road Safety Podcast Series

As part of our ongoing collaboration, Arnold Dallas McPherson Injury Lawyers has partnered with Amber Community on this podcast series which explores:

  • Road safety awareness
  • The real human impact of road trauma
  • What can happen legally after a road incident
  • How victims and families can access support and legal guidance

The podcast series is designed to help road users understand that road incidents can have long-term physical, emotional and legal consequences — not just for those involved, but for families and communities.

We encourage all road users, families, and community members to explore the Amber Community podcast series and learn more about:

  • Preventing road trauma
  • Understanding what happens after a crash
  • Accessing support and legal help
