Seth Green

Seth joined Arnold Dallas McPherson in 2025 after completing his Bachelor of Laws at The University of Otago, New Zealand, followed by a semester at the University of Melbourne at the beginning of 2025 for his Bachelor of Arts majoring in Politics.

Admitted to practice in December 2025, Seth is committed to providing clear, client-focused legal guidance to those facing serious injuries. He practices across all areas of Personal Injury Law, with particular interest in Workers Compensation, Public Liability and TAC. Seth has a genuine passion for advocating on behalf of young people who have suffered injuries.

Before joining Arnold Dallas McPherson, Seth gained practical experience as a law clerk at a suburban Auckland firm, while also contributing to his law school community as a social events organiser, Law Revue director, and residential assistant. He also campaigned for his local MP during the federal election, highlighting his commitment to civic engagement.

Seth is an active member of the Bendigo Law Association, the Law Institute of Victoria, and the Australian Lawyers Alliance, reflecting his dedication to professional development and the legal community.

Outside of work, Seth enjoys politics, community engagement, indoor bouldering, and keeping up with current events.

Based in our Bendigo office, Seth brings his regional New Zealand roots and enthusiasm for supporting injured clients throughout regional Victoria.
